• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
   

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been installed or used.

• Customized curtain tracks cut to size as per your order.
   

3. Return Process

• Share your order ID and product photos.
   

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
   

5. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us with photos to initiate an exchange.
